Robuck Design Build, hosted a lemonade stand fundraiser to benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund during the Parade of Homes Tour.
Last month our client, Robuck Design Build, hosted a lemonade stand fundraiser to benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund during the Parade of Homes Tour.
The Kay Yow Cancer Fund is personal to the Robuck Design Build team as their very own Gerri Herakovich played basketball for Coach Yow at NCSU and was a Kay Yow camper from elementary school to high school. She left a legacy of inspiration Gerri cherishes daily including humility, hard work, perseverance, people first and integrity always.
The fundraiser ran for 3 weeks last month, coinciding with the Wake County Parade of Homes. Their team handed out pink lemonade for any size donation and sold t-shirts from their Parade home in North Raleigh’s luxury new home community, Avalaire.
The Kay Yow Cancer Fund was formed in 2007 to help women with their battle against cancer. Coach Yow wanted to fund research to find a cure, to help the underserved and fund programs that created new medications to provide better quality of life for those battling the disease.
We love how they took this opportunity to show their love and unite communities in the fight against cancer!
