Robuck Design Build, a custom new home builder, holds a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and a family history in the Raleigh/Durham home building industry. After updating the company website and expanding the brand, building an engaging social media program we were tapped for to drive leads for two specific inventory homes.

Situation

Paid social media impacts more than just fans. It often drives awareness of a brand and piques interest for a new audience. And, that’s exactly what Robuck Design Build needed to sell two standing inventory homes. Our goals were to increase web traffic to home detail pages and provide leads of interested buyers.

Target

Through this campaign, we further defined and deeply targeted the luxury homebuyer throughout the Raleigh, Durham market. By optimizing the campaign for audience engagement, we boosted the brand’s social presence, created a custom audience to market back to, and uncovered new areas of interest for this specific client.

Success

Our strategies paid off with dramatic results. Unique web visitors increased 95.7% with total sessions up 99.5%. Page views of the two inventory homes increased 2,543% and 794%. Social fanbase rose 22% with a 40% increase in overall engagement. Plus, valuable leads came in every day of the campaign.
